Our story

In 2008, Jena Davidson set out to answer a powerful question: “what if teams could practise trust, collaboration, and decision-making in a safe space, without real-world consequences?”

That question became Jenson8.

It came from seeing countless organisations investing in individual development, hoping it would somehow create better teams. It never did. Teams can't learn in isolation. They need to build trust, honesty, and resilience through shared experiences.

So we created immersive experiences that brings entire teams together to do just this. We create a sandbox for teams to do the hard work of being human, so that when they go back to the office, they can work together better.

Through our breathtaking VR experiences to our scalable browser-based platform we've helped teams worldwide transform how they work, including a 1,000-person, 36-hour challenge for a global bank.
